This offer is funded by the Federal Government. We assess your home to determine eligibility and provide you with a no obligation free quotation. If eligible for a 100% subsidy there is no up-front charge and we can supply and install insulation completely free. Up to $1200 worth of installed insulation is free for home owners and up to $1000 for landlords and tenants.

How do we get Paid?

After we complete your work and you sign off that you are satisfied with the work we have undertaken, we invoice the Government and they pay us. There is no cost to you if your are completely covered by the grant.

Why Insulate Your Home

Having ceiling insulation can reduce summer heat in your home by up to 8-12 degrees and can reduce your heating and cooling costs by up to 50%. As a result you can make significant savings on your heating and cooling bills and in turn do your part in reducing green house gas emissions and your impact on the environment. Having a well insulated home also helps to make your home more comfortable and more quiet.

Will you be 100% Eligible

If you meet all the eligibility requirememnts to receive insulation, you are able to receive up to $1,200 worth of installed insulation free. If installing insulation in your home costs more than $1,200 you may be required to pay the difference. Most homes will be eligible as on adverage most homes cost $1,300 to insulate.

Eligibility Requirements

Home Owner Insulation Program

To be eligible for the Federal Government Home Owner Insulation Program you need to be able to meet the following requirements:

Are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident aged 18 years or over
Are an individual (not a company)
Are the owner and occupier
Have not been granted assistance under the Australian Government solar hot water rebate program since it was increased to $1200
Correctly complete and sign the work order form
Don’t already have ceiling insulation or have ceiling insulation that is deemed as having negligible effectiveness
Only apply for assistance once per house

Low Emission Assistance Plan for Renters

To be eligible for the Federal Government Low Emission Assistance Plan for Renters you need to be able to meet the following requirements:

Are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident aged 18 years or over
Are the landlord or Are the tenant with evidence of landlord’s approval
Correctly complete and sign the work order form
Only apply for assistance once per house and do not apply for assistance under the Home Owner Insulation Program
Are installing insulation in a house that is not state or territory public housing or owned by a state or territory
Don’t already have ceiling insulation or have ceiling insulation that is deemed as having negligible effectiveness

If you meet all the eligibility requirements to receive insulation, you are able to receive up to $1200 worth of installed insulation free for home owners and $1000 worth of installed insulation for landlords and tenants. If installing insulation in your home costs more than that you may be required to pay the difference. Most average sized homes will be covered by the grant.
